OPEX Corporation is a thriving manufacturer of automated sorting machines. Their traditional sales process involved meeting with their customers for face-to-face product demonstrations. When the pandemic began, demand for their type of automated systems increased, and OPEX needed to find a new way to capitalize on this without needing to meet on-site. AAC provided a solution for remote live product demos that allowed OPEX to experience unprecedented sales growth.

Lights, Camera, Customers!

Our video production team installed camera and lighting systems that used small, high resolution cameras throughout the machines to provide visibility into the mechanics of how they work. The cameras were connected to a central switching station, where an operator could live switch between various cameras, narrate the whole process, with both audio and visuals streaming to Zoom and Teams links. OPEX could now incorporate a customer’s specifications and show them the operating process in more detail than ever before. Even more, this enabled OPEX to improve engagement with clients worldwide.

We provided full training for OPEX on how to facilitate the live demonstrations at any time, enabling them to utilize the system for a variety of uses, including marketing webinars as well.
